The 2026 Summer Planned Weeks include May 30 – June 6, September 12 – 19, and the Reserved Space Available Week puts you in Steamboat smack in the middle of summer from July 11 – 18! Start your day on the balcony with a cup of coffee where the sounds of Burgess Creek will serenade you. After you power up, you can step outside your door and jump on your bike (or into your hiking shoes) for an invigorating ride or hike on the trails just steps from the condo. Looking for a bit more mellow slide into the day? Wander down the hill to the base area, grab a paper, a breakfast sandwich from the Paramount, and settle into an Adirondack chair on Burgess Creek Beach. Looking for a golf, pickleball, or tennis game? How about a flyfishing lesson, tickets to a concert at Strings, a ride downtown to peruse the galleries, shops and restaurants? The fabulous and friendly staff at the Christie Club is renowned for their authentic western hospitality and customer service – they will hook you up! Small people that could benefit from pool fun while the adults sip beverages in the hot tub? Meet up at the heated slopeside pool and hot tub area! Friends and family straggling in over different days and times? No need to rent a car or play chauffeur, as membership includes transport to and from Yampa Valley Regional Airport. Oh, and don’t forget the sauna, steam, and state-of-the-art fitness room. Let the Christie Club staff handle the details so that you can maximize your fun. This 1/7th fractional deeded ownership gives you 2 Planned Vacation weeks in both the summer and winter seasons, plus a Reserved Space Available week each season when available. In addition, you may take advantage of additional Space Available weeks for just the cleaning fees.
